Who we are

How we work 

During your internship at SIG, you will gain valuable insight into the operations of the IT Support team. You will work closely with the team to set up devices for new hires and learn how to troubleshoot application issues. Additionally, you will develop expertise in Mobile Device Management and the automation of deploying and managing Apple devices. This experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the daily operations of IT Support teams and enhance your troubleshooting skills.
 
  • Preparing and configuring Apple macOS and iOS devices for SIG's new hires 
  • Learning about the management and monitoring systems of our meeting rooms 
  • Assisting employees with hands-on support and questions 
  • Learning about Apple Mobile Device Management and hardware inventory 
  • Gaining insight into enterprise network management and Wi-Fi standards  
  • Assisting with user account provisioning and application license management 
Activities 
  • Gain SIG expertise and learn all about SIG offerings 
  • Sharing knowledge within your team and acting as a coach and training partner 
  • Contribute to the automation of management processes 
  • Oversee user access to specific applications 

Where you come in

Job Requirements 

  • Willingness to learn and strong communication skills
  • Provide customer-centric, hands-on support for SIG's employees
  • Expected to be present at the SIG office in person for three days a week
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • General knowledge of Apple devices
  • Basic understanding of Network Management
  • Proactive mindset
