Achieving target

• As a New Business Hunter, you’re the catalyst for growth in our NNN team. You will:
• Proactively identify, engage, and convert new mid-market and enterprise clients – from initial outreach to signed contract
• Build and nurture new client relationships with a focus on long-term strategic value
• Position SIG’s unique value proposition around software quality, security, and digital resilience
• Collaborate with marketing, consultants, and solution experts to shape winning proposals
• Manage a small portfolio of existing accounts with potential for upsell and cross-sell
• Report to the Head of Sales and contribute to the overall commercial strategy

• Self-starter, persistent with high energy level.
• 5–8 years’ experience in B2B sales (IT, SaaS, or consulting preferred)
• Hunter mentality: driven by new business, cold outreach & impact
• Excellent communication skills and confidence at executive level
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect /customer organisations including C’ level and internally across the business.
• Hands on mentality to deliver business.
• A degree in business administration with a technical background, or a degree in technical sciences with management or sales experience.
