Who we are
Where you come in
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand through field programs to meet or exceed the revenue goals of the region's sales teams.
Your role involves developing and executing targeted B2B marketing campaigns aimed at generating awareness, creating a quality sales pipeline, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle. This position requires extensive hands-on experience in planning and executing events, ranging from large third-party conferences to proprietary event series and intimate C-level executive programs, as well as experience across various industry verticals. You will also collaborate with the sales team and growth marketers to develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for key accounts, define the channel strategy, and track the success of these initiatives.

Oversee the logistics and execution of all planned events, which includes venue sourcing, managing vendors and budgets, coordinating speakers and content, on-site delivery, and follow-up activities across third-party industry conferences, SIG-driven virtual and physical event series, and regional hospitality field events.
Design and conduct intimate C-level executive programs such as dinners, roundtables, and advisory sessions to foster relationships with senior IT and business decision-makers.
Track and report on event performance and return on investment (including attendance, pipeline influence, and cost per lead), using insights to continuously refine the event mix and investment.
Localise digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the central marketing team, including but not limited to paid advertising, public relations/media, social media, and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies to maximize marketing return on investment.
