- The IT Support oversees computer systems for the business and offers support to the system users of SIG
- Overseeing user access to the network, manage Switches/Wifi/Routers
- On- and Off-boarding (setup) users, installing and maintaining Apple devices, on-premise user- and application support and instruction, helpdesk ticket assignment, management and monitoring
- Manage a fleet of Apple devices using technologies like Okta, SimpleMDM and Munki
- Improve security of the office automation

Job Requirements
- MBO - HBO or equivalent formal training in Computer Science/Engineering
- 2+ years' work experience in an IT supporting technical field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and geared to problem solving
- Service mentality towards clients
- Experience with managing a fleet of Apple devices using technologies like SimpleMDM, Munki, AutoPkg, or Jamf is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language, verbal & written
